By using our services you agree to the following.

• Any data, supplied by you in the BudgetClick Application (Application) will be stored and processed. Although we do everything necessary to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its full protection.
• The source code and the user interface of the Application is the property of the copyright owners - it is absolutely prohibited to use code, user interface, or its components without written permission of the owner. Using our Application does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Application.
• You do not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
• We do everything possible to keep Application bugfree and safe, but you use it at your own risk. We are providing BudgetClick Application as is without any express or implied warranties.
• You can stop using the Application at any time (though we'll be sorry to see you go). We may also stop providing the Application to you, or add or create new limits to our Application at any time.
• The use of the Application if free, however we may introduce payment the using the Application or paid services in the future.
• IN ALL CASES, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
• We may modify these terms. Please check for changes regularly. If you do not agree to the modified terms for the Application, you should discontinue your use of the Application.
